BHS Off-season Workouts
This winter we will be offering many opportunities for you to come out and improve your game. Below is what we will typically be doing on each day of the week. You must have a physical and concussion form on file WITH insurance information (school insurance is $30) in order to participate. Off-season practices only last an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. We start and 3:45pm and end at 5:00pm. Tryouts begin on February 18th.
Monday:
1st 30 minutes: Explosive Strength Training (weight room)
Last 30 minutes: Aerobics (outside or gym)
Last 30 minutes: Aerobics (outside or gym)
Tuesday:
1st 30 minutes: Tactics class (rm 20)
Last 30 minutes: Technique (pass and dribble)
Last 30 minutes: Technique (pass and dribble)
Wednesday:
1st 30 minutes: Explosive Strength Training (weight room)

Thursday:
1st 30 minutes: Tactics class (rm 20)
